The few sentences by which the House orients itself.

The House exists before capital.
Capital is entrusted to the House. The House stewards it in service of continuity. The order of these two sentences is the constitutional posture of the whole institution.

Reality teaches. The House listens. Stewardship responds. Continuity is renewed.
The sequence is not a slogan. It is a discipline. Every matter is examined as it actually is before it is acted upon; every action is answerable to the reality it addresses.

The Svensgatan Principle.
A place, an enterprise, or a body of work is more than what it holds. It is what it has carried across generations of use. Continuity is preserved when the meaning of the matter, not merely its form, is passed to the next steward.

Survival is not continuity.
An institution may survive by shrinking, hardening, and forgetting what it was for. Living continuity requires renewal — that what is carried forward remains alive to the reality it now serves.

The boundaries of the House.
The House does not replace the lawyer, the auditor, the banker, the trustee, or the family. It coordinates them around a single continuity plan and holds the point of reference.
