Institutional Standing

The House, as a legal and institutional fact.

DGF Private Office is a private office engaged for particular matters of continuity. It is not a multi-family office, not a wealth manager, and not a permanent administrator of family affairs. The distinction is stated once, plainly.

Privacy notice

Enquiries received through the private introduction form are held in confidence by the House. The information submitted — name, contact, and a short written context — is used solely to consider whether the House is the appropriate recipient of the matter, and to reply.

Personal data is processed on the basis of the enquirer's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, the legitimate interest of the House in receiving and evaluating principal enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data is not shared with third parties for any purpose other than the matter itself, and is retained for the period reasonably necessary to answer the enquiry or, where a mandate follows, for the duration required by professional obligations and applicable law.

Enquirers may at any time request confirmation of, correction of, or deletion of their data by writing to the responsible person named above.

Full privacy particulars — controller, data categories, retention periods, and rights under GDPR — will be published here once the responsible legal entity is confirmed.

Regulatory status
[To be finalised following qualified German legal review.] DGF Private Office is not a regulated financial adviser and does not act as fiduciary of the enquirer. Any real-estate brokerage activity — where performed — is conducted under a separate legal or trading structure holding the appropriate German §34c authorisation; all other regulated activities are referred to specialists acting under their own licences.
