The Private Registry
Matters are not listed. They are admitted to review.
The Private Registry is the controlled threshold through which selected entrusted matters may become visible to appropriate counterparties. It is not a public marketplace, property portal or catalogue of opportunities. Access to a matter is granted individually and only after the recipient’s identity, relevance and purpose have been considered.

The Transaction Room

The Property Exposé, verified documents, evidence, Q&A and transaction materials made available to qualified recipients.
Transaction Rooms are opened separately for each matter. Access to the Private Registry does not automatically grant access to a Transaction Room.
Registry state
No matter is presently available for general private review.
Entrusted matters are introduced individually when relevance has been established.
Registry Access
Private review begins with identity.
The House does not provide anonymous access to entrusted matters.
A request should identify the person seeking access, the capacity in which they act, the relevant matter or area of interest, and the reason private review is requested.
Submission does not create representation, mandate, confidentiality agreement or entitlement to receive information.
Continuity is understood before exposure.
Exposure is authorised before circulation.
Evidence accompanies every claim.
